Don’t know what the long exposure is for – the sky ? movement in the clouds ?

Well, long exposure enhances a lot of thing, but if it is dark or early morning it is to enhance the light, and also creates more fog or more clouds or other effects with movement. The exposure is though so long that I would go for that it is morning and the sun hasn´t risen yet or he is using a very thick grey filter.
